Neighborhood Messages: 

• 2025 Budget and Invoices were mailed beginning of January. Contact the HOA is you did not receive.

• As a reminder, you must get permission from the architectural committee for any changes to your landscaping or grading around your home.

• As summer approaches, please be watchful of young children playing in our neighborhood.  We have many families with children so please mind your speed (25 mph) and stop at all the posted stop signs

• We are contemplating a late fall meeting prior to our annual meeting (in January) in order get more people in attendance.
