Misty Ridge Neighborhood Association
Hello - my name is Bruce Beach. I replaced Mark Grams at the start of 2026. Mark has served the board and this community for many years. He is assuming the Vice President position. My wife, Kathy and I, moved to Misty Ridge in 2010 with our three children. Since then, all of them have graduated college gotten jobs and moved out making Kathy and I empty nesters. We have two Maltese dogs (Buddy and Bella) which keep us busy as they bark at everything (as some of you know) and are early risers. I have worked all over the United States and the world spending the majority of my career with Johnson Controls and then recently the last five or so years with Goodyear Tire and Rubber. I retired at the end of 2023. We love this area as all of our kids are still relatively close and we enjoy the quiet and friendly neighborhood.
Hello - my name is Mark Grams and I am happy to serve as Vice President of Misty Ridge HOA. I am the past President of Misty Ridge HOA. We have lived in Misty Ridge since 2007, making us one of the first residents of Misty Ridge. It’s amazing now, in 2026, that all the lots have been sold and developed in Misty Ridge. I retired from the City of Port Washington, where I served as City Administrator for 34 years. I’m enjoying my retirement, spending time at the golf course, traveling and spending time with my family, including my granddaughters, who also live in Misty Ridge.

Hi! I'm Rachel Lanser and I've been part of the Misty Ridge neighborhood since December 2014. My husband and I have loved raising our two kids here, now 20 and 17, as they've grown into young adults. With just a few more years of them at home, we're soaking up this season and looking ahead to their next chapters. We enjoy traveling, spending time outdoors, suporting local civic groups, and staying involved with our church. Misty Ridge has been a wonderful place to call home, and we're grateful for the great neighbors and strong sense of community.
